As Broker in Charge of Shepherd Real Properties, Elizabeth is no stranger to the changing climates of the real estate market. Her proven dedication to “getting the keys in your hand” has driven her to seek out solutions to every situation.
She attended the Mingle School of Real Estate and received her real estate license from the state of North Carolina in November 2000.
She continued to increase her skills and knowledge, learning from other training seminars in mortgage, tax credits and real estate. She went on to become a Broker, then Broker in Charge of Shepherd Real Properties, received her South Carolina State Real Estate License and is now Broker in Charge for Both North Carolina and South Carolina offices.
She is a Graduate of Brookstone College of Business, Charlotte, NC with a degree in Accounting and has taken some classes in Economics from Strayer University.
Her focus is locating homes to meet every budget, getting any available for down payment assistance and helping to re-house the working homeless with affordable and transition housing. She also operates a tax clinic in the ministry and prepares income taxes seasonally and helps her tax clients become home and business owners which is in her opinion, “where the best tax benefits lays”.
